After graduating from Ryerson, Patricia worked for over five-years as a Project Manager at a few Toronto based Marketing Agencies focused on the execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns for leading organizations including Cadbury, GSK, Imperial Oil, Pfizer and Volkswagen. Following her work term, Patricia moved south to Barcelona, Spain where she concentrated on completing an exchange semester at ESADE University, immersing herself in the language and culture, studying in both Spanish and English.
Upon graduating in 2005, Patricia joined the Hudson’s Bay Company and spent over five years working in several capacities. She worked as Buyer for the inaugural Olympic Program and then as Marketing Manager for both the Intimates & Men’s Fashion departments at the Bay. Her love of marketing and taking on new challenges took Patricia to her next role as Marketing Manager for the Consumables, Health & Beauty, Pharmacy and License departments at Zellers. Her adventures over the years included running the two Hbc stores in Torino, Italy during the 2006 Olympic games, and creating and executing new marketing strategies for several key corporate initiatives.
When the workday is over, Patricia is busy with the Schulich Toronto Alumni Council, organizing several of their monthly networking and social events. Or you can find her engrossed with TENAZ Marketing Group, the organization she founded to help develop and execute communication strategies and marketing plans for budding entrepreneurs.
Ever in search of the next intriguing opportunity, Patricia believes in continually challenging herself through learning.
